TriBull will be Traveling to O'Hurleys in Rockland to take on **** That?. We are off to a slow start this season but with 3 home games in the second half, hopefully we can start to turn things around.

The Beach Bums won last night 6-5 over the Bimbos. Great night at the bar last night. I have to say that of all the places I have played, Hangovers (the Old Liberty) puts out the best spreads for their darters. Last night was no change from that pattern...cold cut platters and pasta salad. Great food on a hot night. Anthony, Mike and Jeff have really given the team a great venue to play out of. And Tony, the chef, is great...I can't stress enough that people need to go in for the food...the pizza is top notch...I am in favor of the hamburger pizza myself...always a good bet.

For the first time in a long time my 601 was my best game. I banged out a 74 in, then hit a 132, then hit good the whole way down. I had a big comeback win in my Cricket on the bulls and shot my butt off for that one. I played a little slower in my 301 but pulled off the win. Wink

All three for the 2nd week in a row. Seeya next week.

James that cricket game was a lesson in the Right and Wrong way to play, you and Vin did the Right thing, while trailing in points you never chased and always tried to close the next number to take the point lead, THEY on the other hand had winning darts in hand, needing 2 cork to win they continued to shoot the 18 for more points and it cost them the game!!

No doubt about that. They were wasting darts on the 18 and I saw that and that was even more reason for me not to close them out. I waited to throw any darts at the 18 until we were close to them on points and it just so happened that my first dart at them was that big triple and tied us at 2-2 on the bull. There's no doubt that if I played it stupid and tried to close earlier that those guys woulda banged out the bulls cause all those darts they shot at the 18 would have been shot at the bull.

Chris, I carried Vin in that cricket but he did show some good darts that night! Going to keep Vin as my Cricket partner cause we work well as a team and I know he can light it up at any time. He enjoyed getting some sweet revenge on that team last night cause they were the team that dumped him last minute before he joined up with my squad.

I'd have to say the highlight of the evening last night, was when I yelled to Gary,
"HEY DON HO, YOUR UP!!!. The entire bar stopped throwing and broke out in a chorus of Tiny Bubbles. Most playing air ukalaylay's (spell check). It was classic. Laughing

I'm a little shocked how many people knew who Don Ho was Laughing
